Refund Policy
If you wish to return your item, you must do so within 15 days of receiving it, as per our return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, with tags and unopened. As our products mainly comprise paper goods, the customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during transit if the item is not sent back in its original box. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Please note that we do not approve refunds for damaged products upon receipt, we require a video recording of the unpackaging or opening of the order as evidence.
