If you wish to return your item, you must do so within 15 days of receiving it, as per our return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, with tags and unopened. As our products mainly comprise paper goods, the customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during transit if the item is not sent back in its original box. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Please note that we do not approve refunds for damaged products upon receipt, we require a video recording of the unpackaging or opening of the order as evidence. Personalized orders placed are not eligible for return and are exempted from our return policy. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If it's approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. It's important to keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
