Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are allowed only if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or decoration date.

Same-day order cancellations are not allowed.

Personalized or custom orders cannot be cancelled, as they are specially made for you.
Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
