Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests are allowed only if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or decoration date.

• Same-day order cancellations are not allowed.

• Personalized or custom orders cannot be cancelled, as they are specially made for you.

Refund Process

• Once your cancellation request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
